Founded in 1978, True World Foods San Francisco LLC( formerly Golden Gate Seafood / Yamato Foods) was established to meet the demands of restaurants serving sushi (raw fillets of fish) that require the most tasty parts of the freshest possible fish. While sushi restaurants still comprise the majority of our customers, many other ethnic varieties of restaurants and seafood markets have come to appreciate the attention and sensitivity paid to the quality and freshness of all seafood that True World Foods delivers.
