"Tsumire" is the soup with fish balls. It is a very traditional family dish. What we call Aozakana (fish with blue skin) such as Iwashi (Sardine), Aji (Jack Mackerel), and Tobiuo (Flying Fish) are commonly used for Tsumire. Preparation is very easy and simple. Make fish balls with chopped fish, scallion, grated ginger, starch, and etc... Put them into the soup.
